Record each BUY or SELL trade with the stock symbol, quantity, price, and date — PSX closing prices are fetched automatically for past dates. The dashboard shows current value, weighted average cost price, unrealized P&L per holding, and total portfolio performance — all color-coded for instant clarity.
Can I manage multiple PSX investment portfolios?
Yes — you can create unlimited portfolios. Create separate portfolios for different brokers, strategies, family members, or time periods. A unified dashboard aggregates all holdings and shows total market value, total investment, and overall P&L across every portfolio.
How does PSX PORTFOLIOS calculate profit and loss?
P&L is calculated as Current Value (live PSX price × quantity) minus Total Investment (purchase price × quantity + commission + CDC charges). The system displays both PKR amounts and percentage returns. Unrealized gains appear in green, losses in red, always visible at a glance on the dashboard.
Does PSX PORTFOLIOS automatically calculate broker commissions?
Yes. You can configure your broker's commission slabs — both per-share and percentage-of-value types. Once configured, every trade automatically deducts the correct commission and fees, giving you accurate net cost and P&L figures without any manual calculations.

PSX PORTFOLIOS works with any PSX broker. You configure your broker's commission slabs manually, so it supports all registered brokers — including AKD, Arif Habib, Topline, JS Investments, Intermarket Securities, and all others.
